My Story

 

I built a successful corporate career, rising from product manager to Vice President and General Manager in the professional services sector. I thrived on collaborating with smart, driven teams and crafting innovative solutions—especially when it meant learning what clients truly needed. I was energized by meaningful leadership, mentoring others, and making an impact.

But over time, that sense of purpose got buried under the weight of corporate demands. I found myself craving work that felt more aligned with my values and identity.

I didn’t just want another job—
I wanted a different life.

After a corporate restructuring pushed me to a crossroads, I had to confront a deeper fear:
What if I wasn’t good enough to do something completely new?
For years, I’d followed one path. Was there anything else I could do?

Through working with my own coach, I came to see that I had a natural strength for coaching - I’d been doing it informally for years: mentoring colleagues, helping teams navigate change, and offering clarity when things felt uncertain. It was time to make it official.

Since then, I’ve built formal training around that strength and embraced coaching as my path forward. It wasn’t always easy, but it was transformative. I realigned with my core values, reclaimed ownership of my time, and rediscovered what fulfillment feels like—

Today, as an executive and personal coach, I partner with growth-minded professionals to help them gain clarity, overcome challenges, and move forward with confidence and authenticity.

With over 30 years of corporate experience—including two decades in senior leadership—I bring a grounded understanding of what it takes to lead through change, develop talent, and grow a meaningful career. Throughout my career, I’ve coached and mentored professionals across functions and levels, always with a focus on thoughtful development and authentic leadership.
